Behind the large wooden doors awaits a very special atmosphere inspired by Norse mythology and traditional craftsmanship, with the characteristic 9-meter-high fireplace at the center. From signature dishes such as Ægir From Viking planks to seasonal menus created by dedicated chefs, everything is in place for an extraordinary dining experience.
Beer has been part of the experience since the beginning, and for almost two decades Ægir Brewery brews beer for the restaurant in Flåm The combination of food and beer is still an important part of the experience and what brings people together around the table.
