These guidelines apply to how Flåmsbrygga Hotell AS processes your personal information when you use the website.

The right to access, correction and deletion, etc.

You have the right to access your personal data that we process at any time.

If we process incorrect personal information about you, you have the right to have the personal information corrected. Similarly, you have the right to have incomplete personal information completed.

You have the right to have your personal data deleted. However, we would like to point out that deletion of your personal data will mean that we are no longer able to provide the service to you. Even if you request that your personal data be deleted, we may continue to process the personal data to the extent permitted by law.

You also have the right to receive your personal data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and to transfer the personal data to another data controller.

Newsletter

Flåmsbrygga Hotell AS sends out newsletters approximately 6-8 times a year via e-mail. In order for us to send e-mails, you must register an e-mail address. Campaign Monitor and Synlighet AS are data processors for the newsletter. The e-mail address is stored in a separate database, it is not shared with others and it is deleted when you cancel the subscription. The e-mail address will also be deleted if we receive feedback that it is not active.

  • Google Analytics – By using Google Analytics, we can create anonymous user statistics and remarketing. We can analyze our websites by, for example, getting information about traffic on the pages, which pages are visited, which websites the users come from and at what time the users are on the websites. If you do not want to use Google Analytics, you can block Google Analytics by installing a plug-in to your browser.   • Google Tag Manager – This website uses cookies to manage and implement scripts. Google Tag Manager is a service that allows our digital supplier Synlighet AS to easily organize scripts on our websites. For example, they handle Google Analytics scripts through Google Tag Manager.

  • Remarketing – Used to show ads to people who visit our website, or perform various actions on the website.

The data collected is used to improve the functionality of the website and make it more user-friendly, based on the user's needs and interests.

As a general rule, data is not shared with third parties. Exceptions to this may occur if we receive assistance from a digital supplier who, in a technical and professional manner, will ensure optimal operation of the website.
