These guidelines apply to how Flåmsbrygga Hotell AS handles your personal information when using the website.

The right of access, correction and deletion etc.

You always have the right to access your personal data that we process.

If we process incorrect personal data about you, you have the right to have the personal data corrected. Similarly, you have the right to have incomplete personal data completed.

You have the right to have your personal data deleted. However, we point out that deletion of the personal data will mean that we are no longer able to provide the service to you. Even if you demand that your personal data be deleted, we may continue to handle the personal data to the extent that the law gives us the right to do so.

You also have the right to receive your personal data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and to transmit the personal data to another party responsible for processing.

New newsletter

Flåmsbrygga Hotell AS sends out new customer letters approximately 6-8 times a year via e-mail. In order for us to send e-mails, you must register an e-mail address. Campaign Monitor and Synlighet AS are data processors for the newsletter. The e-mail address is stored in a separate database, it is not shared with others and it is deleted when you unsubscribe. The email address will also be deleted if we receive feedback that it is not active.
