These guidelines apply to how Flåmsbrygga Hotell AS processes your personal data when using the website.

The right to access, correction and deletion, etc.

You have the right to access your personal data that we process at any time.

If we process incorrect personal data about you, you have the right to have the personal data corrected. Similarly, you have the right to have incomplete personal data completed.

You have the right to have your personal data deleted. However, we would like to point out that deleting your personal data will mean that we will no longer be able to provide you with the service. Even if you request that your personal data be deleted, we may continue to process your personal data to the extent permitted by law.

You also have the right to receive your personal data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and to transmit the personal data to another person responsible for processing.

Newsletter

Flåmsbrygga Hotell AS sends out newsletters approximately 6-8 times a year via email. In order for us to be able to send emails, you must register an email address. Campaign Monitor and Synlighet AS are data processors for the newsletter. The email address is stored in a separate database, it is not shared with others and it is deleted when you cancel your subscription. The email address is also deleted if we receive feedback that it is not active.

We can analyze our websites by, for example, obtaining information about traffic on the pages, which pages are visited, which websites the users come from and what time the users are on the websites.   • Google Tag Manager – This website uses cookies to manage and implement scripts. Google Tag Manager is a service that allows our digital provider Synlighet AS to easily organize scripts on our websites. For example, they handle Google Analytics scripts through Google Tag Manager.

  • Remarketing – Used to show ads to people who visit our website, or take various actions on the website.

The data collected is used to make the functionality of the website better and more user-friendly, based on the user's needs and interests.

As a general rule, data is not shared with third parties. An exception to this may be when we receive help from a digital supplier who will technically and professionally ensure optimal operation of the website.

Only a limited number of people have physical access to this equipment and only people who need to have access to your personal information. The websites are under continuous change and improvement, and future changes may affect the way we handle your personal information.
