Start the day with an adventurous FjordSafari through the Aurlandsfjord and the UNESCO-protected Nærøyfjord, in an intimate boat for a maximum of 12 people. Along the way, there will be a stop in Undredal for a hot drink and a tasting of local goat cheese.
Afterwards, peace and well-being await in our floating FjordSauna , with panoramic views of the fjord and mountains. Take a refreshing winter bath if you dare — the contrast between heat and cold gives new energy and awakens the senses.
As the evening draws in, we welcome you to Ægir BryggeriPub for an exquisite Viking Plank dinner . Five carefully crafted courses, paired with beers from Ægir , creates a culinary highlight in a warm and authentic atmosphere.

11:30-14:00 WINTER FJORD SAFARI
Join FjordSafari through the impressive Aurlandsfjord and the UNESCO-listed Nærøyfjord. With a maximum of 12 people on the boat, it will be an intimate experience where the guide shares exciting stories about life by the fjord.
If you are lucky, you may see seals, porpoises and eagles on the trip. There will be a stop in the charming village of Undredal for a hot drink and the chance to taste the famous goat cheese. Meet at 11:00
14:30-16:00 Fjord sauna (communal sauna)
After an invigorating FjordSafari tour, you will be embraced by the wonderful warmth aboard the floating FjordSauna.
Here you will enjoy beautiful views of the fjord and mountains while you enjoy deep relaxation and feel your tensions melt away. Take a refreshing dip in the clear, cold water. The contrast between hot and cold awakens your senses and gives you new energy.
18:00 Ægir Viking plank
When evening comes, a cozy atmosphere and a crackling fireplace await you. Ægir BreweryPub.
For dinner, it is served Ægir Viking Plank - a 5-course food and beer board that is a feast for the senses.
Each dish is carefully paired with beer from Ægir Brewery, blending traditional and modern ingredients. The flavors are rich and satisfying, ensuring a memorable dining experience.
