Our philosophy is that there should be Ægir beer in and with the food, and the concept has been a success.
Enjoy a tasty lunch in Ægir BryggeriPub, with inspiration from the Viking Age and flavors added from our own Ægir brewery. Ægir beer and its ingredients are used in marinades and sauces, and the hops, malt and herbs add an extra touch to the food. Ægir brews beer that is flavorful, light and dark, and suitable for everything from fish and game to chocolate.
Both Ægir BryggeriPub and the menus are influenced by Viking history. We use Norwegian and local ingredients - those used in Viking times, but flavored for today's palate. Here you will get a taste experience from 1000 years back in time.
