VIKING MENU IN ÆGIR BREWPUB
Our philosophy is that it should be Ægir beer in and with the food, and the concept has been a success.
Enjoy a tasty lunch in Ægir Brewery Pub, with inspiration taken from the Viking Age and flavors added from Ægir Brewery. Ægir -beer and the ingredients in the beer are used in marinades and sauces, and the hops, malt and herbs add an extra spice to the food. Ægir brews beer that is flavorful, light and dark, and that goes well with everything from fish and game to chocolate.
Both Ægir BrewPub and the menus are influenced by Viking history. We use Norwegian and local ingredients - those used in Viking times, but flavored for today's palate. Here you will get a taste experience from 1000 years back in time.
