At Flåmsbrygga , the focus is on beer and Viking history. Our food concept - there must be Ægir beer in and with the food - has been a success. We use local ingredients - those used in Viking times, but flavored for today's palate. Ægir-Beer is used in marinades and sauces, and hops, malt and herbs are added to the food.

Ægir Today, BryggeriPub is one of the biggest attractions in Flåm. The building style is inspired by Norse mythology and the exterior is reminiscent of a stave church. Flåmstova Restaurant has a cozy and warm atmosphere and Ægir Smaksrom Peisestova is perfect for smaller groups.
