We are happy to share some exciting news from Ægir BreweryPub!
From and including January 17, 2026, Ægir BryggeriPub is undergoing renovations, which are expected to take 8–10 weeks. The renovations will increase capacity in restaurant and pub, improve the seating arrangement and renew furniture, and expand both the bar and kitchen area — all to give you as a guest an even better experience.
During this period, the operation of Ægir BreweryPub temporarily moved to Flåmstova Restaurant You as a guest can look forward to the same menu, the same skilled chefs, and the same pleasant team.
We look forward to welcoming everyone back to a newly renovated and improved Ægir Brewery Pub coming soon!

Our philosophy is that there should be Ægir beer in and with the food, and the concept is a success! Enjoy a flavorful dinner in Ægir BrewPub, with inspiration taken from the Viking era and flavors added from Ægir Brewery. Ægir beer, as well as the ingredients in the beer, are used in marinades and sauces. The hops, malt and herbs add an extra touch to the food. Ægir brews beer that is flavorful, light and dark, and that goes with everything from fish and game to chocolate.
