Our philosophy is that there should be Ægir beer in and with the food, and the concept is a success! Enjoy a tasty dinner in Ægir BryggeriPub, with inspiration from the Viking Age and flavors added from our own Ægir Brewery. Ægir-beer, as well as the ingredients in the beer, are used in marinades and sauces. The hops, malt and herbs add an extra touch to the food. Ægir brews beers that are flavorful, light and dark, and that go well with everything from fish and game to chocolate.
