Flåmsbrygga has meeting rooms that suit groups of different sizes. The meeting rooms are warm and cozy, and facilitate a pleasant and productive meeting experience.
FLÅMSBRYGGA MEETING ROOM
A warm, flexible, and practical meeting room that can either be used as a whole or divided into smaller rooms with a partition.
Equipment: Screen, projector and sound system new in 2021. TV screen, handheld microphone and standing whiteboard with large sheets. Pens and notebooks.
Size / capacity: 65 sqm. Perfect for small and medium-sized groups of up to 50 people. Also suitable for larger groups of up to 70 people, with a cinema-style setup.
Table layout: We recommend wide long tables or horseshoe-shaped table for smaller groups, and classroom or movie theater setups for larger groups.
Catering: The meeting package includes coffee/tea and ice water in the meeting room. Refreshments are served in the meeting room or hotel lounge, and lunch is served in our restaurant.
PEISESTOVA
A warm, rustic and unique meeting room with a good atmosphere that facilitates a pleasant meeting.
Equipment: Screen, projector and sound system. Pens and notebooks.
Size / capacity: 81 sqm. Perfect for small groups. Also suitable for medium-sized groups of up to 50 people at small tables.
Table layout: Long table for small groups. Small tables for larger groups.
Catering: The meeting package includes coffee/tea and ice water in the meeting room. Refreshments are served in the meeting room, and lunch is served in our restaurant.
