CHEF
We are looking for YOU who want to work as a chef in popular Flåmstova Restaurant, Furukroa Café andÆgir BrewPub.
Flåm is one of Norway's most popular travel destinations, located in the spectacular World Heritage area around the Nærøyfjord. Here you will find a wide and varied selection of activities and experiences!
The concept Flåmsbrygga includes a hotel and three restaurants, and is a sister company to Ægir Bryggeri . Ægir is the common thread on Flåmsbrygga both in design, architecture and taste. Our food philosophy is that there should be Ægir beer in and with the food.
We are looking for you as:
Burn for cooking
Have relevant education and/or relevant experience
It is an advantage that you speak a Scandinavian language and/or English.
Has knowledge about food allergies
Is flexible and hardworking
Enjoy working in an informal and multicultural team
Willing to work days, evenings and weekends according to shift schedule
Seam chef You will have, among other things, the following tasks:
Follow internal procedures
Proper handling of food, machinery and tools
Prepare food for lunch and dinner according to the menu and guests' preferences
Maintain a high standard of service at all times
Work efficiently and accurately during busy periods
