We are looking for YOU who want to work as a chef in popular Flåmstova Restaurant, Furukroa Café andÆgir BrewPub.

Flåm is one of Norway's most popular destinations, located in the spectacular heritage area around the Nærøyfjord. Here you will find a wide range of activities and experiences!

The Flåmsbrygga concept comprises a hotel and three food and beverage outlets, and is a sister company to Ægir Bryggeri. Ægir is the common thread at Flåmsbrygga in terms of design, architecture and flavors. Our food philosophy is that there should be Ægir beer in and with the food.

We are looking for you who:

  • A passion for cooking

  • Have relevant education and/or relevant experience

  • Advantage that you speak a Scandinavian language and/or English

  • Has knowledge of food allergies

  • Is flexible and hardworking

  • Enjoy working in an informal and multicultural team

  • Will work days, evenings and weekends on a shift schedule

As a chef, you will, among other things, have the following tasks:

  • Follow internal routines

  • Proper handling of food, machinery and tools

  • Prepare hot food for lunch and dinner according to the menu and guest preferences

  • Maintain high standards of service at all times

  • Work efficiently and accurately during busy periods
