We are looking for you as

• Have strong organizational skills and an eye for detail

• Able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, even under pressure

• Has knowledge of PMS systems and distribution channels (e.g. Hotsoft, MEWS, Citybreak, BookVisit, etc.)

• Have experience with booking of restaurant and events via phone, email and online platforms

• Understands capacity management and booking optimization

• Have a good understanding of service and quality within the travel industry

• Is independent, flexible and structured

• Is outgoing, committed and positive

• Have good communication skills and enjoy teamwork

• Communicates very well in English and preferably also in Norwegian or another Scandinavian language

Work tasks

• Booking of all our F&B services for groups and individual guests

• Administrative work, including invoicing

• Close cooperation with other departments in the company

• Booking hotel stays, events and activities for groups

• Follow internal routines and procedures

• Work efficiently and accurately in busy periods

• Other tasks as needed – we help each other

Staff housing

We offer staff housing. Rooms can be private or shared, depending on availability. Common areas such as kitchen, bathroom and living room are shared with colleagues.

Living in staff housing is a social and multicultural experience. We are therefore looking for people who are respectful, tolerant, patient and cooperative, and who enjoy sharing daily routines with others.

Rent is deducted directly from salary and includes electricity, internet and bedding.

About the business
