We are looking for you as

• Have experience in the service industry - preferably from a hotel or reception

• Preferably have experience with booking systems such as Hotsoft, Mews, CityBreak or BookVisit

• Enjoys a hectic environment

• Is flexible, hardworking and structured

• Have good communication skills

• Speaks and writes a Scandinavian language in addition to English

Work tasks

As a receptionist, you will work with, among other things:

• Check-in and check-out

• Operation of the switchboard for the whole Flåmsbrygga

• Hall and mezzanine

• Guest service

• Tailor hotel stays and packages for individual guests

• Booking hotels, events, activities and table reservations via email and phone

• Preparation of meeting rooms and technical equipment

• Maintain the reception as the heart of the company

• Invoicing

• Night shift during vacation or illness

• Other pending work

Staff housing

We offer accommodation for employees. Rooms can be private or shared, depending on availability. Common areas such as kitchen, bathroom, living room and outdoor area are shared with colleagues.

Living in staff housing is a social and multicultural experience. We are therefore looking for people who are respectful, tolerant and cooperative, and who enjoy sharing daily routines with others.

Rent is deducted directly from salary and includes electricity, internet and bedding.
