Ægir BryggeriPub is looking for committed and reliable waiters for the summer season 2026.
As a waiter at Ægir At BryggeriPub you will be an important part of a professional and hectic service team. You will work closely with restaurant management and the kitchen to ensure high quality service, good flow in daily operations and a positive working environment.
Ægir lies in the heart of Flåm and is a lively and well-known destination that combines Nordic-inspired food, craft beer and a warm atmosphere for guests from all over the world. Summer is our peak season, and we are now building a strong and motivated service team to deliver great guest experiences – every single day.

We are looking for someone who:
Are over 20 years old (due to alcohol legislation)
Has relevant experience
Speaks English and/or a Scandinavian language
Is outgoing, committed and service-oriented with a positive attitude
Thrives in a hectic environment and is hardworking and flexible
Able to work day, evening and weekend shifts according to shift schedule
Job duties:
Serve lunch and dinner to groups and individual guests
Working with the cash register system
Manage table reservations
Pre-planning and implementation of events

Residence
The company offers staff housing for employees. Rooms can be private or shared, depending on availability. Common areas such as kitchen, bathroom, living room and outdoor area are shared with colleagues. Living in staff housing is a social and multicultural experience.
We are therefore looking for people who are respectful, tolerant, patient and cooperative, and who enjoy sharing their home and daily routines with others.
This type of housing is best suited for those who enjoy a community-based living environment. Rent is deducted directly from salary and includes electricity, internet and bedding.

About the business
We are a locally owned tourism group based in Flåm and Aurland. The group includes, among other things, Flåmsbrygga Hotel – a rustic fjord hotel with conference facilities, Ægir BreweryPub, Flåmstova Restaurant and Furukroa Café.
In addition, we operate Wangen Apartments in Aurland – modern apartments of a high standard for short and long-term stays – as well as Mall of Norway, one of the largest souvenir shops in the region.
